How much do you charge for service?
All of our rates can be found on the “Rates” page. Rates are determined by the level of urgency that you require for document delivery. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for or have any additional questions about our rates, please call us at (585) 568-0042.

What is the turnaround time for service?
We offer three types of services with different timeframes for service attempts: Standard, Priority and Immediate. Information on these service timeframes can be found our “Services” page. If you have any additional questions about our timeframes or rates, please call us at (585) 568-0042.

Where do I send my documents for service?
You can send your documents directly to our SPI office which is located at 36 West Main Street, Suite-503, Rochester, NY 14614 or you can fax us at (585) 672-9073. If you have any additional questions, please call us at (585) 568-0042.

Do you require payment upfront?
We do require payment up front from first time customers or clients that have gone to collections. If you are an established customer and your account is in good standing we can invoice you for new services requested.      

Can I pay my account online?
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot pay your account online. You can call accounts payable at SPI Corporate to pay any outstanding balances by credit card over the phone, or to make other arrangements. We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Money Orders and Checks are also an accepted form of payment.

Can I email my documents for service?
It is best to check with the court your case is filed in before emailing or faxing a document for service. Upon approval you can email your documents to
